We're seeking volunteers to lead hikes through the Blue Ridge Tunnel.
You must be physically fit, able to hike 3 miles easily, and be comfortable handling emergency procedures should one arise.
You must be 18 years or older.
Hikes will be held at the Claudius Crozet Blue Ridge Tunnel and start on the East side. Hikes will only be offered on Tuesdays at 10 am and Sundays at 1 pm weekly from April – October.
​You will be required to commit to 3 hikes post-training
Hikes will typically last 2.5-3 hours
Track chair reservations are offered on Tuesdays at 10 am and Sundays at 1 pm weekly from April-October
After you complete the training, we will share our Google calendar and teach you how to sign up.
